A Familiar Face

Matt just cleaned up the mail slowness on the server, and in honor of that… it’s almost money time again! We’re in the last month of the year that everyone paid me for initially. If we want to do the same thing again, everyone can just pay me $300 for another year of hosting here. Sound good?
Hey guys, just curious: did that guy ever send the kayaking pics? I’d love it if we could get those uploaded somewhere, maybe just one of our webspaces in a big zip or something. Obviously we’d need to hide the URL to prevent that much data getting downloaded more than necessary; maybe just ICQ around the URL? And if anyone has any of their own digital pics that they don’t mind throwing in the pile, I’d love to see how some of them turned out. Especially the Luau, which may well be as close to drunk as y’all will ever see me. ^_^
Hey folks. Before we begin to forget the specifics, lets figure out who owes who for the Hawaii stuff. I know I owe for the kayaking, the car, a couple meals maybe, and I’m certain other stuff. Please let’s get it nailed down so I can mail a couple checks.
Andrea’s professor assigned her this video clip and I thought it was pretty cool
We have reservations for 9/5. I had to give my CC number, but they said that was just to hold it, so we should be able to pay separately at the place. Here’s the stuff from the confirmation:
• Please meet at 6:00 pm at the Feast At Lele, located at 505 Front Street, Lahaina (the cross street is Shaw Street).
• Parking is available underneath our complex for $5.00 or across our complex for $7.00.
• Your credit card number will be used to guarantee your reservation only.
• Gratuity is not included. You can take care of gratuity for your servers at the end of the evening along with your payment.
• Cancellation or changes to your reservation must be called in by 10:00am on the day of your event.
• Cancellations made after 10:00am on the day of your event or no-shows are a full charge.
• Please call 667-5353 when you arrive on Maui to reconfirm your reservations.
So someone remind me to call when I get there.
Well, with Sony’s insane pricing and all-around abysmal prelaunch performance, I’ve finally succumbed to the Microsoft camp. My XBox Live username is MWoody450; drop me a line if you guys have accounts, and I’ll add you to the friends list.
Bumping this so it doesn’t get buried
Hey kids. Hawaii is just around the corner, and I wanted to see if y’all wanted to do any tourist-y type things such as going to a luau, snorkeling, etc. I know some things might require some preplanning so I wanted to gauge interest. I’ve never been before, so I’d like to see the sights a bit! Post thoughts here so we have them all in one place.
